  • Pathways – Pathways is our learning and development platform which brings together and shares all of the learning and development opportunities available. As no one person has the same journey in 51 we have designed a Pathways Builder tool that will help you set your career objectives, development aims and design a plan unique to you.

  • Flexibility: - At 51 we have made the right to request flexible working available day one however we suspect you might not need it. We have implemented a very flexible hybrid working policy, which acknowledges the positives in both face-to-face and remote working for each one of us.
